探花直播Cambridge Science Festival has been shortlisted for an award for 'Outstanding Contribution to the Local Community' by 探花直播Times Higher Education Supplement (THES).

Launched this year by THES, the awards will highlight excellence across the full range of higher education institutions, and will make awards in 14 categories.

探花直播Cambridge Science Festival has been shortlisted for its work encouraging young people to study science further at school and university, and for engaging the general public with scientific research at the 探花直播. More than 1,000 staff and students take part in the Festival, which is held during National Science Week each March, and last year over 45,000 visits were recorded to 100 events.

探花直播prize for Outstanding Contribution to the Local Community will be awarded to the most original and effective imitative that benefits the local community, whether culturally, socially or economically. 探花直播winner will be announced at a ceremony in London on November 23.
