This annual competition highlights the excellent quality, range and creativity of the food on offer, as well as demonstrating the skills of the front of house staff who have an important role to play in welcoming guests at the venues.

鈥淲e have been overwhelmed by the number of entries we have received this year. It鈥檚 very fitting that in the same year as Cambridge 探花直播 celebrates its 800th anniversary, we see a record response to this annual competition which plays a key role in setting and maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence here鈥.
